Boylan’s Annual Fund makes an immediate difference in the school’s operations and, therefore, in every student's life. It provides momentum to support the educational initiatives that tuition does not cover and is crucial to maintaining Boylan’s excellence for current and future students.

The Annual Fund has made great strides over the last several years. This progress is a direct result of the gifts given by our alumni, parents, and friends. The Annual Fund meets these critical needs: the growth of the Tuition Assistance Grant Program, which provides more than 46% of our students with tuition assistance, facility, safety, and technological enhancements, and staff development. 

The Annual Fund is the most vital component of the school's fundraising efforts. It is an opportunity for parents, alumni, and friends to make a difference in the lives of our students.

  • Up to $99: Green & White Club 
  • $100-$249: Friends of Boylan Catholic
  • $250-$499: Emerald Circle 
  • $500-$999: Principal's Circle

Bishop Lane Society

  • $1,000-$2,499: General Member
  • $2,500-$4,999: Founders' Circle Gold 
  • $5,000-$9,999: Founders' Circle Platinum 
  • $10,000-$24,999: The President’s Council 
  • $25,000+: Guardian of the Mission

  • In addition to online, credit card payments can also be processed over the phone by calling the Advancement Office at 815-877-8008.

  • To pledge your gift out over multiple years, please contact Mr. Brandon Swanson.

  • Your gift to Boylan could be doubled, even tripled, through a matching gift program. To determine if your company offers such an employee benefit, please contact your Human Resources department.

  • Gifts of stock may be transferred to Boylan. Please contact Mr. Brandon Swanson for assistance in making gifts of stock or property.

Gift Restrictions

Although many donors choose to allow the school to use their gifts where they are most needed, several special programs and projects are funded through restricted gifts each year. These include gifts to endowment, need-based tuition assistance, and facilities.

On occasion, Boylan is presented with a unique gift opportunity that requires the institution to formally accept a gift before it is actually made to the school. For that reason, Boylan Catholic reserves the right to formally review any gift, regardless of its asset form, before it is receipted.
