Boylan welcomes students in grades 9-11 who are currently enrolled in an accredited secondary program to transfer to Boylan, provided they are in good academic and disciplinary standing. Twelfth-grade students will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Steps to Transfer to Boylan

1. Contact Dean of Advancement, Mr. Brandon Swanson, at enrollment@boylan.org or by phone at 815-566-8001.
2. Send most recent grades from your current school via email to enrollment@boylan.org or via fax to 815-877-2544.
3. Once online Enrollment forms are completed, schedule a registration appointment with our Dean of Advancement, Mr. Brandon Swanson.

Physical Examination

In compliance with Illinois state law, a physical examination must be on record before entrance into ninth grade. Transfer students must also have a physical examination on record. These records must include an update of all immunizations.
