SUMMER 2025 CROSS COUNTRY CAMP - ONLINE REGISTRATION
Description:
This camp focuses on developing a love for running by working on the whole athlete. Endurance, strength, mobility, fueling, hydration, and rest will be covered by a combination of group runs and fun activities. The week will conclude with a 1 or 2 Mile race at Boylan High School. Parents are welcome to join their camper for the race. Boylan cross country team members will serve as counselors to allow participation of all skill levels at appropriate speeds and distances. First 50 participants are guaranteed to receive a camp T-Shirt.
