Boylan Catholic High School is proud to invite the community to its annual Fine Arts Fair on Sunday, April 27, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 4000 St. Francis Dr., Rockford, IL. Media representatives are welcome and may enter through the Student Entrance (Door D).
The Fine Arts Fair will highlight the creativity and talent of Boylan students through poetry readings, visual arts exhibitions, and live musical performances. Events will take place in some of Boylan’s most historic and beloved campus spaces.
The day begins at 11:30 a.m. in the Wahl Library, where the English Department will host the Fine Arts Poetry Contest. Awards will be presented for Best of Festival and Highly Commended student poets.
From 12:00 to 3:00 p.m., guests are invited to explore an expansive art exhibit in the main gym, featuring visual works by Boylan students as well as student artists from Rockford’s four parochial elementary schools: All Saints Academy, Holy Family, St. Bridget, and St. Rita. An awards ceremony recognizing outstanding work by junior and senior artists will take place at 1:00 p.m..
To conclude the day, the Boylan Music Department will present its Spring Band Concert at 2:00 p.m. in the Auditorium, celebrating the hard work and musical achievements of its student performers.
